Roulette rules and roulette strategies
Roulette can be a quite fun to play. There are two versions of the game. “American roulette” and “European roulette”. We recommend that you play European roulette, also called single zero roulette. This roulette only has one green stop witch increases the player’s chances of winning.
You can among others play single zero roulette at InterCasino.

How to play roulette
An American roulette has 38 stops: 1-36, one zero and double zero. Half of the numbers are red and the other half is black – except the 0 and 00 which are green.
You can bet on a single number, a combination of numbers or a colour. As an example: If you bet $10 at red, you can win $10. If you bet $10 at a single number you can win your money back 35 times. That’s $350 for a $10 bet. It’s possible to bet in many different ways.
Straight up
A chip can be wagered on any individual number, including zero (0) and double-zero (00). The chip is placed directly on the individual number.
Split bet
A chip can be wagered on any two adjacent numbers, by placing the chip on the line dividing the two numbers. Note that a chip can also be placed on the line dividing zero (0) and double-zero (00), 0 and 1, 2 and 0, 00 and 2, or 00 and 3.
Street Bet
Street bets cover three numbers. Place the chip on the outer left boundary line of the roulette table, next to the corresponding row of three numbers. Note that street bets can also be placed on 0,1, and 2; 0,00,and 2; and 00, 2, and 3.
Corner bet
Corner bets cover four numbers. Place the chip on the cross where the four numbers intersect.
Five bet
A five bet covers the following numbers: 0, 00, 1, 2, and 3. Place the chip on the outer right boundary line of the roulette table, between 0 and 1.
Line bet
A line bet covers two street bets (i.e. the six different numbers in two rows of three numbers. For example: 4,5,6 + 7,8,9). Place the chip on the closest boundary line of the roulette table, where it is intersected by the line dividing the two rows.
Column bet
On the short side of the roulette table are three boxes marked "2 to 1". By placing your chip in one of these boxes, you mark all twelve numbers above it (excluding 0 and 00).
Dozen bet
You can bet on a group of twelve numbers by placing your chip in one of the three boxes marked "1st 12", "2nd 12", or "3rd 12".
Red/Black, Even/Odd, 1 to 18, 19 to 36
A bet placed in one of the boxes on the left, long side of the table covers half of the roulette table numbers (excluding zero and double zero). Each box covers 18 numbers.
