NETELLER Card service changes
We received this email today:
“In an ongoing effort to keep you informed, we would like to let you know that the third-party provider for the NETELLER Card has very recently advised that under the rules relating to the Cirrus/Maestro Network, it can no longer support those branded cards. Consequently, members with NETELLER Cards will be affected.
Important dates
Effective immediately, members will not be able to withdraw funds from their e-wallet to their NETELLER Card. They will, however, have until May 2, 2007 to use the funds that are presently on their Cards.
We will be sending out an email to all NETELLER Card holders encouraging them to use the funds on their Cards before this date. After May 2, we will credit remaining funds on their cards back to their NETELLER e-wallets.
We regret any inconvenience and are working hard to provide new card services as quickly as possible. Should you have any questions, please contact NETELLER Merchant Business Development, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.”
