Las Vegas legend Danny Gans dead
Las Vegas legend Danny Gans (52), main attraction at the Encore hotel in Las Vegas, was found dead in his home in Henderson, Nevada on April 30th. Cause of death is still undetermined.
Gans was known as “The Man of Many Voices” and received the title as ’Las Vegas Entertainer of the Year’ 12 years running.
His Las Vegas career started in The Stratosphere and the Rio hotels, and was continued at the Mirage hotel where he was the main attraction in the famous ’Danny Gans theater’ built by Steve Wynn with room for 1250 spectators. The show always had a full audience, and Gans received numerous awards for his performance throughout the years.
In February 2009, Danny Gans had his debut with the award winning show in the new Encore theater, which was another projects from Las Vegas entrepenour Steve Wynn.
Danny Gans was married and had three children.
